Rice Grader 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Job Location: Jonesboro, AR Clean Rice

Hours worked from 5pm - 6am Monday – Friday will receive a 15% shift premium. All hours worked on Saturday and Sunday will receive a 15% shift premium.

Job Description

Responsible for food safety by following the Food Safety Plan's policies and procedures/Daily

Fill in for the Quality Assurance Coordinator when absent/Irregular Intervals

Be knowledgeable of customer specifications and regulations/Daily

Attend Training per the Food Safety Plan/Monthly

Grade samples to FGIS standards on all shipments/Daily

Fill out the daily Positive Release log/Daily

Fill out COAs promptly and correct/Daily

Know the methods to correctly perform all test/Daily

Collect samples from various areas in the plant/Daily

Have to be available for weekend work/Weekly

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
