Full description

The Business Excellence Analyst is responsible for supporting the Business Excellence (BE) department to maximize productivity and efficiency. In this role, you will complete data entry, generate reports, and prepare PowerPoint presentations. A large part of the job is creating Microsoft solutions that tie multiple data sources together to automate complex processes. The right candidate must be organized, capable of working independently to meet deadlines, and assist with overall support for our daily operations.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Maintain accurate business data in ERP systems and databases through timely updates, validation, and quality checks.
  • Prepare reports and ad hoc analyses using Excel, ERP data, Snowflake, and SQL.
  • Develop automated workflows and reporting solutions using Power Automate, Power BI, and related tools.
  • Design dashboards and provide insights that support business excellence initiatives and process improvements.
  • Consolidate data and create clear PowerPoint presentations for the Business Excellence team.
  • Support travel planning and expense-reporting activities while ensuring compliance with established processes.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 0–2 years of experience in business excellence, administrative support, data analysis, operations, or a related field.
  • Full professional English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other formulas.
  • Basic experience with Power BI and familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
