Zensar is looking for an Asset Finance - Project Manager in Mexico. This position is open for Full Time with excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities.

This is a Hybrid role. Consultants will need to travel to Chile, Colombia, Brazil and USA.

About the Role

Delivers multifaceted financial technology projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, and aligning deliverables with strategic business objectives. Supports project planning, execution, and closure while ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and compliance standards. Draws on experience in project analysis and stakeholder engagement to improve project outcomes and drive continuous improvement. Provides guidance to team members and supports risk management activities.

They should know what is Asset Finance and what is Leasing. Implementation experience is must. Irrespective of total work experience the candidate possesses, client would consider only the experience relevant for the job.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks and objectives for moderately complex projects with general supervision
  • Conduct routine analyses of requirements and recommend enhancements to project deliverables
  • Identify project risks and contribute to risk mitigation strategies
  • Set objectives and manage team assignments for designated project tasks
  • Guide and assist entry-level professionals and support staff
  • Coordinate effectively with stakeholders across project lifecycles
  • Monitor project scheduling, progress, and address potential delays
  • Apply industry knowledge to improve project and process efficiency
  • Contribute to accomplishment of departmental results through project execution

Education Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–3 years of prior relevant project management experience preferred
  • Recognized alternative pathways or certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) may substitute
