About the Role

As the Senior Manager of Product Management for the Google AI products, you will lead the execution of business critical initiatives that directly shape how +100,000 Capital One associates connect, innovate, and execute every day. Sitting within the Knowledge, Productivity, and Communication team, your work truly matters as you own the end to end strategy for bringing Google's cutting-edge generative AI products directly into our enterprise workforce to unlock productivity and automation. In this role, you will drive rapid experimentation, partner with Google's product leadership to vet emerging AI capabilities, and build the quantifiable value cases required to scale these tools enterprise-wide. By balancing frictionless user experiences with enterprise controls, you will directly lead the cultural shift of integrating AI into daily workflows while building a world-class digital workplace. We are looking for a high-agency product leader with a strong executive presence who thrives in high product velocity and is passionate about delivering game-changing outcomes at scale.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: 
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

 

OR

  • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management  

McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management  

New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management  

Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management  

 

 

 

 

 

 

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
