Working with the Water and Transport Delivery team at GHD offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful infrastructure projects that improve communities and support sustainable outcomes. As we continue to grow our water and wastewater portfolio, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary project delivery and strengthen relationships with key clients.

What you'll do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Act as the primary client point of contact, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities for future work.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, commercial performance, and risk.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
- Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure effective communication across project teams.
- Support business growth initiatives and contribute to the development of strategic client accounts.
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental & Sanitary Engineering, or a related discipline, with professional engineering registration/licensure (e.g., PRC Licensed Civil or Sanitary Engineer) highly regarded.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant project management experience, preferably within the water sector.
- Demonstrated experience managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid understanding of project planning, scope management, scheduling, budgeting, and commercial management.
- Experience in design coordination and project delivery within a consulting or engineering environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building capabilities.
