Position Summary Robbins Property Associates is seeking a customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our growing multi-family housing team. This role is ideal for individuals with leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience who enjoy building relationships, touring apartment homes, and helping residents find their next home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tour prospective residents and close leases
  • Respond to internet leads and phone inquiries
  • Support resident retention and lease renewals
  • Maintain online listings and social media outreach
  • Coordinate with maintenance regarding service requests
  • Ensure Fair Housing compliance and accurate resident files
