Within Mack Trucks and Volvo Trucks North America Digital Management, you will be part of a global and diverse team of highly skilled professionals.

You understand customer and business needs, using user journeys and design thinking to ensure digital products deliver continuous value. You optimize products to achieve business outcomes while maximizing return on investment.

You collaborate across product management, technology, and business functions, including Marketing, Dealers, eCommerce, Customer Experience, and Parts Sales, to align priorities, deliver customer-focused capabilities, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

This is how you will make an impact As a Digital Product Manager – Retail Parts Sales, you define, own, and evolve digital products and capabilities that enable customer-facing parts commerce experiences, including parts discovery, fitment, pricing, checkout, fulfillment, and end-to-end customer journeys, while driving product strategy, business outcomes, and value realization.

Key responsibilities include

  • Define digital product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmaps.
  • Maintain an end-to-end view of retail commerce products and capabilities.
  • Lead collaboration with stakeholders, end users, product, engineering, business, and external partner teams to align priorities and deliver value.
  • Support business development, customer engagement, product demonstrations, and solution evaluation activities by representing product strategy, capabilities, roadmap direction, and business value to dealers, fleet customers, and business stakeholders.
  • Collect and act on customer, stakeholder, and operational feedback using analytics and performance insights.
  • Ensure user-centric, value-driven product experiences.
  • Analyze market, technology, customer, and product trends.
  • Identify and manage dependencies across teams, products, and platforms.
  • Plan and forecast resource needs, funding, and investment priorities.
  • Drive product planning, roadmap, and budget cycles.
  • Own product intake and prioritization, ensuring opportunities are aligned to business outcomes and investment decisions.
  • Define, measure, and communicate business outcomes, product health, adoption, and value realization.
  • Ensure legal, compliance, security, and control requirements are met.
  • Ensure product releases are supported by effective rollout, change management, training, and adoption plans.
  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities and escalate as needed.

Who are you?

You bring experience working with digital commerce, customer-facing digital experiences, digital products, agile ways of working, and enterprise platforms. Experience with digital commerce, customer journeys, online sales, marketing technology, or customer-facing digital experiences is highly valued.

You build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, foster alignment across teams, and thrive in balancing run and transform responsibilities. You are committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital commerce, eCommerce, customer-facing digital experiences, online sales platforms, digital products, or technology-enabled business capabilities.
  • Experience working with customer-facing digital experiences and translating business needs, customer feedback, analytics, and operational insights into priorities, recommendations, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating across business, technology, UX, data, marketing, sales, and external partner teams to deliver value.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and insights to guide decisions and measure results.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution, while managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Digital Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Lead, eCommerce Manager, Digital Business Manager, or similar role.
  • Experience with Agile product development, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and value realization practices.
  • Experience in aftermarket parts, automotive, transportation, dealer, fleet, industrial distribution, or B2B commerce environments.
  • Experience with digital commerce capabilities including product discovery, search, fitment, pricing, checkout, fulfillment, customer portals, online sales, and customer experience optimization.
  • Experience supporting customer engagement, solution demonstrations, business development, or go-to-market activities.
  • Experience leading change management, training, adoption, and value realization initiatives.

At the Volvo Group, we strive for a clear, transparent, and straightforward compensation approach, motivating you to contribute to the company’s growth. For this position, the base pay is set at $111,100.00 - $137,200.00 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible.  The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
