Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our data-driven team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting data-related activities within our organization. You will work closely with senior data analysts and other team members to collect, analyze, and present data insights that inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to support business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across systems.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable insights.
  • Support data validation, reporting, and ongoing analytics initiatives.
  • Assist with data management and continuous improvement projects.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data governance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Microsoft Power BI certification is considered an asset.
  • Experience with data modeling, reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present data-driven insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Committed to continuous improvement and learning new technologies and tools.

The salary range is $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data. The base salary is just one component of Ainsworth’s total compensation package, which also includes additional rewards and benefits such as short-term incentives and health insurance, among others.
