A day in the life:

 

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong supplier partnerships, negotiating market-leading travel offers and ensuring a consistent pipeline of products that support our sales and growth objectives.

  • Manage the contracting process year-round across your assigned destinations and product portfolio
  • Negotiate competitive rates, inclusions and offers with key travel, tourism and accommodation partners
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long-term commercial success
  • Identify new product opportunities and work with partners to create compelling holiday packages
  •  Develop and maintain a pipeline of offers to support promotional activity across our distribution channels
  •  Collaborate with airline partners (if applicable) to secure tactical airfare opportunities that enhance the customer offering
  •  Work closely with Marketing, Revenue, Air, Finance and Operations teams to bring offers to market successfully
  •  Monitor market trends, competitor activity and destination performance to identify opportunities for growth
  •   Ensure contracts, rates and product information are accurate and maintained within agreed timelines
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a collaborative, high-performing Product team

 

Who you are:

 

You're a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives on negotiation, collaboration and delivering great outcomes for customers, suppliers and the business.

 

  • Experience in travel product, contracting, tourism, hospitality or a similarly commercial environment will be highly regarded
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence managing supplier relationships at all levels
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A commercial mindset and an ability to identify opportunities that deliver value for both customers and partners
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • A passion for travel and creating exceptional holiday experiences
