We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative Junior Technical Product Manager to join our Product team. In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between our engineering team and our internal stakeholders—specifically Operations, Customer Success, and Sales.
This position is laser-focused on internal enablement. You will be responsible for triaging technical requests, managing production support escalations, and translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable documentation. What you will work onThe Technical Product Manager, will focus on technical delivery, production support, and operational enablement in collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. You will report to the Senior Product Manager of valuations.
Internal Stakeholder Management & Feature Delivery
- Partner closely with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams to
understand their technical pain points and internal tooling needs.
- Translate internal business needs into clear, technical requirements and user stories for the engineering team.
- Prioritize and maintain a backlog of internal technical requests, ensuring engineering resources are aligned with the highest-impact internal needs.
- Act as the project manager for internal tech deliverables, ensuring smooth rollouts, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and communicating updates
to stakeholders.
Production Support & Issue Triage
- Act as the first point of contact for technical production issues escalated by
internal teams.
- Perform initial investigations of reported bugs, attempting to replicate issues and gather necessary technical logs or data before passing them to engineering.
- Categorize and prioritize bugs based on business impact, severity, and
frequency.
- Keep internal teams continuously updated on the status of critical bugs, providing
expected resolution times and temporary workarounds when applicable.
Knowledge Management & Team Enablement
- Develop, organize, and maintain a comprehensive internal technical knowledge
base.
- Write clear, digestible documentation that explains technical product capabilities,
limitations, and workflows to non-technical audiences.
- Create step-by-step guides for troubleshooting common customer issues to
empower teams to resolve problems without engineering intervention.
- Host training sessions for internal teams when major technical updates or new internal tools are released.
Who we are looking for
- 2-4 years of professional experience in a technical support, business analyst,
project management, or junior product management role.
- A solid understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum). You don't need to write code, but you should be comfortable discussing APIs, databases, and system architectures with engineers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate
complex technical concepts into plain English.
- A highly analytical mindset with a passion for digging into issues, finding root
causes, and developing scalable solutions.
- Ability to juggle multiple requests, bugs, and documentation tasks simultaneously
without dropping the ball.
- A deep appreciation for the challenges faced by customer-facing and operational teams, and a desire to make their jobs easier.
- Experience with ticketing and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ClickUp) is a plus.
- Experience in valuation, mortgage, fintech, or related industries is highly desired.
What You Can Expect
- Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $114,000 to $139,000 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
