We are seeking a skilled Localization Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage project workflows by coordinating tasks, ensuring timely communication, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule while meeting client expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to client emails promptly for efficient communication.
- Confirm project requirements, align workflows, assign tasks, and track progress for efficiency.
- Coordinate with the production team, including Project Managers (PMs) and Vendor Managers (VMs), to ensure smooth task execution.
- Develop project plans with clear timelines and budgets, keeping projects on track and aligned with client expectations.
- Maintain communication with clients and vendors, providing updates, confirming deadlines, addressing issues, and discussing progress or changes.
- Oversee quality assurance by coordinating with linguists and vendors to ensure accuracy and adherence to client specifications.
- Prepare, review, and deliver files to clients by the deadline, meeting quality standards.
- Manage and close POs for proper documentation and billing.
- Maintain strong client relationships by addressing requests, providing solutions, and managing accounts.
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Certificate and or knowledge including planning, budgeting, risk management, etc
- Solid understanding of CAT and QA Tools
- Knowledge of Localization services like MTPE, DTP, Media, Elearning, AI
- Basic knowledge of Localization Engineering
