Your missions:

Our customer is looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to guide the development of our next-generation software solutions.

As a key member of our technology team, you will combine technical leadership with active development, helping to shape architecture, mentor developers, and deliver high-quality applications built with modern technologies.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Build thorough test plans and test cases derived from specifications and user stories, ensuring full coverage of product quality requirements.
  • Carry out manual test campaigns and take part in creating and running automated test scripts wherever relevant.
  • Detect, log and track anomalies through bug-tracking systems, giving the development team clear, actionable feedback.
  • Partner with developers, business analysts and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, agree on acceptance criteria and confirm that features are testable.
  • Help refine QA methods, tools and documentation to boost both product quality and team efficiency.
  • Run regression, integration and system-level tests to confirm new features work as intended without breaking existing functionality.
  • Produce and keep up to date thorough QA documentation, including test cases, results and testing strategies.
  • Champion quality practices across the team by sharing know-how, joining code reviews and supporting peer learning.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, tools and techniques in the testing and QA field.

The ideal profile would have:

  • A degree in a scientific or technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience as a Test Engineer.
  • An ISTQB certification would be an asset.
  • Prior experience working within Agile, Scrum or DevOps environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira for product management, and Xray or Zephyr for test management.
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright, with scripting in Java or JavaScript.
  • A curious mindset, genuine interest in software testing, and eagerness to grow expertise in this field.
  • Autonomy, strong listening and interpersonal skills, a critical and constructive approach, and the ability to thrive within an Agile team.
