Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, and AWS/OpenShift. The ideal candidate will deliver modern microservices, responsive web applications, and cloud-native solutions while mentoring developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Java microservices, REST/SOAP web services, and Spring Batch applications.
  • Build responsive, accessible (Section 508-compliant) web applications using Angular/React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud solutions using AWS, OpenShift, Docker, and Jenkins.
  • Develop data access solutions using JPA/Hibernate, DB2, and PostgreSQL.
  • Lead technical design, code reviews, automated testing, and performance optimization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, and JEE technologies.
  • Strong experience with Agile development, microservices, REST APIs, AWS/OpenShift, and CI/CD.
  • Hands-on Technical Lead experience with excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Preferred: Kafka, AI, Section 508, federal government IT projects, and SonarQube.
