Main responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery of construction projects throughout all project phases

Organize the work of project participants and ensure effective collaboration to achieve project objectives

Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful project delivery

Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements

Collaborate with clients, designers, contractors, technical supervision specialists, and other stakeholders

Analyze project challenges, assess risks, and implement solutions to support smooth project execution

Prepare project reports, monitor key project performance indicators, and provide updates to stakeholders

Coordinate contract execution and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices

What do we expect?

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or another relevant engineering field

Experience managing construction, infrastructure, or other engineering projects

Strong understanding of construction processes, ability to read technical documentation, and knowledge of construction regulations and industry standards

Experience managing contractors, project budgets, schedules, and risks

Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with MS Project or other project management software would be an advantage

Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, analytical thinking, and results orientation

Ability to collaborate effectively and perform in a dynamic project environment

Monthly salary: €3,090.00 - €4,640.00 (before taxes). The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies.
