Main responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery of construction projects throughout all project phases
  • Organize the work of project participants and ensure effective collaboration to achieve project objectives
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, contractors, technical supervision specialists, and other stakeholders
  • Analyze project challenges, assess risks, and implement solutions to support smooth project execution
  • Prepare project reports, monitor key project performance indicators, and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate contract execution and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices

What do we expect?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or another relevant engineering field
  • Experience managing construction, infrastructure, or other engineering projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, ability to read technical documentation, and knowledge of construction regulations and industry standards
  • Experience managing contractors, project budgets, schedules, and risks
  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with MS Project or other project management software would be an advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, analytical thinking, and results orientation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and perform in a dynamic project environment

Monthly salary: €3,090.00 - €4,640.00 (before taxes). The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies.
