Full description

The Analyst, Product Operations supports the day-to-day execution and upkeep of our OEM tier 3 websites and sales enablement systems. This role manages assigned requests, operational issues, and smaller digital initiatives from intake through completion, ensuring work is accurately interpreted, investigated, prioritized, executed, validated, and resolved.

Working closely with Product Operations leadership, OEM partners, website vendors, sales enablement systems and internal field teams, this individual is expected to take ownership of assigned work, independently gather and assess relevant information, identify appropriate next steps, and drive issues and initiatives toward resolution while escalating risks or complex decisions when appropriate.

This is a detail-oriented, hands-on role that requires strong analytical thinking, initiative, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a complex digital ecosystem. Organization Relationships: Partners cross-functionally with:

Job responsibilities: 

  • Execute website content updates across OEM tier 3 sites, ensuring accuracy and compliance with OEM guidelines. 
  • Monitor, triage, investigate, and resolve issues and field requests.  Interpret requests, gather relevant information, troubleshoot potential causes, determine appropriate next steps, engage the necessary internal teams or external partners, and follow issues through validation and closure.  
  • Coordinate assigned digital initiatives rollouts from planning through completion, including defining requirements and next steps, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and dependencies, identifying risks and opportunities, validating implementation, and communicating status and outcomes. 
  • Support governance of domain portfolio by tracking renewals, ownership records, and alignment with brand requirements. Coordinate DNS updates and partner with vendors to monitor and enforce brand protection. 
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and trackers related to site performance, open issues, and program rollouts. 
  • Ensure changes are implemented accurately and consistently across multiple sites and platforms, validating completed work against requirements. 
  • Ensure adherence to compliance requirements (OEM standards, legal disclaimers, privacy/cookie tools, ADA considerations, etc.). 
  • Maintain documentation of website standards, processes, system requirements, and workflows (e.g, Azure DevOps). 
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers. 
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. 

  

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital operations, website management, content management, or a related field. 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with clear ownership of issues through resolution. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and SaaS platforms, with working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and basic HTML preferred. 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Comfortable working across internal teams and external partners. 
  • Experience in automotive retail or multi-location businesses is a plus. 
  • Must meet company’s requirements for employment. 
  • Valid in-state driver’s license and ability to maintain an acceptable, safe driving record. 

Compensation Disclaimer

Base Salary: $65,000.00 to $108,000.00 base salary, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and RSUs in accordance with the company's applicable incentive plan.
