Your Profile

As a Python Developer with Databricks, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, managing cloud environments on Azure, and ensuring smooth integration with APIs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, Databricks (PySpark), and Azure DevOps, with a strong understanding of cloud services, DevOps practices, and API testing.

  • The candidate should be able to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and Databricks (PySpark), applying advanced Python concepts to process and manipulate large datasets.
  • They must have experience in API ingestion and automation, particularly working with JSON data and using Postman for API testing to support integrated and efficient data workflows.
  • The role requires hands‑on expertise with Azure Portal for managing cloud environments, as well as building distributed data processing applications using Databricks and PySpark.
  • The candidate should be proficient in DevOps and Agile/Scrum methodologies, contributing to CI/CD practices while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business and technical goals.

Your Role

  • The candidate should have strong proficiency in Python along with experience using data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
  • They must have hands‑on experience with Databricks (PySpark) for large‑scale data processing and analysis.
  • The role requires experience using the Azure Portal to manage cloud environments and expertise in handling APIs, particularly for JSON‑based data ingestion and integration.
  • The candidate should be familiar with DevOps practices, experienced in Agile/Scrum environments, and proficient in using Postman for API testing and automation.
