Job Purpose:  

The Business IT Systems Analyst for our IT Organization will design and support automated data validation and reconciliation, develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and ETL/data pipelines for operational processes, and continuously improve data movement, monitoring, and exception handling while advancing modernization and automation initiatives.

You will partner closely with business users, Compensation, Finance, and Technology teams to translate requirements into reliable integrations and high‑quality outcomes, supporting QA, UAT, and production validations.

Responsibilities:

  • What You’ll Do:

Data Integration & Automation

  • Design and support automated data validation and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and data pipelines supporting operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data movement, monitoring, and exception handling.
  • Support ongoing modernization and automation initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a liaison between business users, compensation teams, finance, and technology teams.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in data analysis, data operations, system integrations, or data engineering.
  • Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required.
  • Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting data quality issues across multiple enterprise systems.
  • Experience with system integrations, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform complex reconciliations and root cause analysis.
  • Experience supporting QA, UAT, and production validation activities.
  • Ability to work East Coast business hours.

  • Other Education/Certifications:
  • Experience with compensation systems and data
  • Knowledge of SAP environments and financial data processing.
  • Experience supporting compensation, payroll, commissions, or incentive management platforms.
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
