Senior Business Analyst-Hospital Services Needed!
 
Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers. Our Onco360 Pharmacy has an immediate need for a Senior Business Analyst-Hospital Services.
 
The Senior Business Analyst, Hospital Services will facilitate assigned projects by serving as a liaison between users and developers, setting and communicating goals, and evaluating and refining results.  They will drive results utilizing technical and analytical skills, surrounding analysis software, BI products, and other data analysis tools. They will be responsible for managing and optimizing daily processes related to the organization’s Hospital Services segment.
 
Salary range starting at $80k and up, depending on experience

Senior Business Analyst Major Responsibilities:  
- Manage and optimize the daily tasks surrounding pre-submissions for the Hospital Services team.  
- Collaborates with other key business members to ensure accurate and timely updates, provide insights into business process inquiries, and communicate any process enhancements as they arise.
- Manage and perform all ad-hoc requests for submission exceptions, off-cycle submissions, and manual carve-ins or reversals.
- Serves as the point-person and Subject Matter Expert in Hospitals Services’ data infrastructure, related to all processes/procedures, submissions, archival data, restrictions, exclusions, and ancillary reporting.​
- Develops insightful reporting leveraging several disparate data sources, providing a unified view and practical outcome.
- Work directly with other key Hospital Services members and TPAs to ensure accurate data submissions.
- Has a vision, intellectual curiosity, and business acumen to generate new metrics and insights that assist in driving key decisions and outcomes. 
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
 
Senior Business Analyst Position Qualifications:
Work and Education/Learning Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Business Intelligence, IT, or similar data analytics role.  3+ years of experience in Hospital/340B-related processes/programs.  3+ years of Relational Databases and SQL experience.  Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty.  
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or other related fields
- Established proficiency in database management software (Microsoft SSMS), able to read and understand complex SQL queries with the ability to manipulate code. Strong analytical skills and the ability to mine large amounts of data.  Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once.
