Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Data Scientist da inserire all’interno del Dipartimento Technology and Operations.

 

Principali attività:

• Supportare il team nella progettazione, sviluppo e documentazione di soluzioni di Intelligenza Artificiale a supporto dei processi aziendali.
• Collaborare allo sviluppo, test e validazione di modelli di Machine Learning e analisi statistiche, contribuendo all'interpretazione dei risultati.
• Contribuire alla raccolta, preparazione e valorizzazione del patrimonio dati aziendale.
• Collaborare con il team nella manutenzione e nell'evoluzione dei modelli di Machine Learning già in produzione.
• Supportare lo sviluppo e il monitoraggio di pipeline di Machine Learning e soluzioni basate su AI generativa e agenti virtuali.
• Partecipare alle attività di raccolta dei requisiti e confronto con i clienti interni, affiancando le figure più senior nelle fasi di analisi e definizione delle soluzioni.
• Collaborare attivamente con il team, contribuendo a un ambiente di lavoro orientato alla condivisione delle conoscenze, alla collaborazione e al miglioramento continuo.

 

Requisiti:

• Laurea triennale o magistrale (o diploma con esperienza coerente) in Statistica, Matematica, Fisica, Informatica, Data Science, Ingegneria o discipline quantitative affini.
• Interesse per il Machine Learning, l'Intelligenza Artificiale e l'analisi dei dati, con conoscenza dei principali algoritmi e delle loro applicazioni.
• Conoscenza di base delle tecniche di preparazione, pulizia e analisi dei dati.
• Buona conoscenza di Python e familiarità con le principali librerie per la data science, quali Pandas, NumPy e Scikit-learn. La conoscenza di PySpark, TensorFlow o PyTorch costituisce un plus.
• Conoscenza di base dei principali concetti di statistica e capacità di interpretare i risultati di analisi e modelli.
• Interesse ad approfondire tematiche legate all'AI Generativa, ai Large Language Model (LLM) e alle moderne tecniche di Machine Learning.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
• Curiosità, attitudine al problem solving, predisposizione al lavoro in team e desiderio di apprendere nuove tecnologie.

We are seeking a  Data Scientist with statistical expertise to join our Technology and Operations Department.

 

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the team in designing, developing, and documenting Artificial Intelligence solutions to enhance business processes.
• Collaborate on the development, testing, and validation of Machine Learning models and statistical analyses, contributing to the interpretation of results.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Data Platform by supporting development, integration, and process improvement activities.
• Assist in collecting, preparing, and enhancing the company's data assets.
• Collaborate with the team in maintaining and improving Machine Learning models currently in production.
• Support the development and monitoring of Machine Learning pipelines and AI-based solutions, including Generative AI applications and virtual agents.
• Participate in requirements gathering and discussions with internal stakeholders, working alongside senior team members during the analysis and solution design phases.
• Work closely with the team to foster a collaborative environment focused on knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent technical diploma with relevant background) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Interest in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Analytics, with a basic understanding of common ML algorithms and their applications.
• Basic knowledge of data preparation, data cleaning, and exploratory data analysis techniques.
• Good programming skills in Python and familiarity with common data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn. Experience with PySpark, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is considered a plus.
• Basic understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to interpret analytical results and model outputs.
• Interest in expanding knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern Machine Learning techniques.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
