Position Summary: The Senior Specialist QA/QC assist to refine the work process and scope-control framework that all site construction QA/QC managers and engineers must comply with and provides program-level governance to verify compliance across all active construction projects. The role owns and drives project-wide data analytics to identify trends, systemic issues, and lessons learned that improve quality across every project.

Key Responsibilities: Work Process & Scope Framework

  • Establish, update, and maintain the standardized QA/QC work processes, procedures, ITP/NCR templates, supporting construction QAQC personnel.

Program-Level Compliance Oversight

  • Involved in audits of construction project teams across the portfolio to verify that site managers and engineers comply with the defined work process. 
  • Support pre-construction teams with quality input and historical data insights on bids, proposals, and project quality plans.

Data Analytics, Trends & Reporting

  • Review and enhancement of the assessment scorecard for construction projects 
  • Consolidate quality data from all projects into a central data set, standardizing definitions and metrics so figures are comparable across sites.
  • Perform data crunching and analysis across the construction projects/region— trend analysis, benchmarking between projects/contractors, issue / defect and NCR pattern analysis, and root-cause statistics.
  • Identify systemic trends and recurring issues, from construction project data to quantify their impact, and translate findings into executive-level reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Conduct performance assessments on general contractor and consultants.
  • Lessons-learned program: capture insights from all projects, anlyze root causes, and embed improvements back into the standardized process and CAPA framework.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical); advanced degree or professional registration a plus.
  • 8–12+ years of QA/QC experience, including senior/lead roles on mission-critical or data center programs.
  • Demonstrated experience building or managing an ISO 9001 QMS and leading audit programs.
  • Strong data analytics capability — advanced Excel, and ideally BI/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) — with proven ability to turn quality data into actionable insight.
  • Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001) required or strongly preferred; additional certifications (CQE, CMQ/OE, CxA, CWI) advantageous.
  • Knowledge of data center commissioning (L1–L5), critical systems, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to standardize process, enforce compliance, and influence at executive level across multiple concurrent projects.
