Introduction:
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Team Manager to lead Proof of Value (PoV) projects in a global technology environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading multiple projects simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery from kickoff to handover.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple parallel PoV engagements from kickoff through handover
- Coordinate SME, UX, development, and testing resources across projects
- Manage project scope and commitments, ensuring deliveries meet customer expectations
- Work closely with Sales throughout each engagement and support customer-facing activities
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure alignment with processes, releases, and dependencies
- Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve blockers, scope changes, and resource conflicts
- Drive delivery quality and consistency across a growing portfolio of projects
- Report progress and risks to leadership
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including development, testing, UX, SMEs, or similar functions
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with sales teams and engineering organizations
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Formal project management training is considered an advantage but is not required
Preferred Experience:
- Software delivery experience
- Experience from the energy, industrial, or technology sectors
- Knowledge of pilot projects, Proof of Concept (PoC), or Proof of Value (PoV) deliveries

Stavanger or Kristiansand, ASAP, 6 months with possibility of extension
