Overview
DQ Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Profile data and measure current quality levels and issues.
- Propose and implement data quality monitors in Data Quality tool.
- Identify, triage, and communicate potential data quality issues to stakeholders.
- Work with technical teams to implement fixes to data quality issues
- Develop and maintain data quality reporting and alerting mechanisms
- Implement process improvements to enhance overall data quality
- Work with Service Management teams to establish and monitor service level agreements, communication protocols with data suppliers, and data quality assurance policies
- Provide data quality advisory services to projects and stakeholders
- Provide data quality training and presentations to external clients and internal teams
Required Skill Sets:
- Experience working in AWS, Redshift, Atlan, MonteCarlo
- Prior exposure to Data Observability, Monitoring, Lake Formations
- Knowledge in SQL for purpose of data analysis/investigation
- Work with the Data Product Owners, Data Analysts, and Data Engineers to help manage and deliver on the product technical roadmap for the data platform
- Strong understanding of Data Quality and Data Governance fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortable making decisions and leading
- Familiar with data observability, data quality tools

Metadata Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Curate and maintain technical, business, and operational metadata within a Data Catalog tool
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, document, and maintain standardized business terms
- Ensure consistency and alignment of reference data across systems and datasets.
- Apply privacy, sensitivity, and regulatory tags (e.g., PII, SPI) at the appropriate asset level.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users to translate data context effectively
- Support governance workflows such as approvals, reviews, and change requests in the catalog
- Provide training and presentations to external clients and internal teams
Required Skill Sets:
- Experience working in AWS, Redshift, Atlan, MonteCarlo
- Prior exposure to Reference Data, Privacy Taxonomy, Lake Formations
- Knowledge in SQL for purpose of data analysis/investigation
- Work with the Data Product Owners, Data Analysts, and Data Engineers to help manage and deliver on the product technical roadmap for the data platform
- Strong understanding of Data Governance fundamentals
