Key Responsibilities

  • Manage WIP flow, including priority lots, hold lots, and Q-time sensitive lots to support NPI and pilot production
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (PI, PTO, process owners, and change management) to ensure aligned and efficient lot execution
  • Coordinate experiment setup, SWR execution, and lot disposition across manufacturing teams
  • Execute process changes using fab systems (GCP, SWR)
  • Monitor lot health and line performance; proactively resolve operational issues affecting cycle time
  • Support PI module execution through data analysis, troubleshooting, and conversion readiness
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive resolution of SWR and inline issues
  • Analyze SPC trends to improve yield and process performance
  • Provide structured daily updates on execution status, risks, and gaps

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process integration, or fab operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DRAM/NAND process flows or module integration
  • Familiarity with GCP, SWR, LMS, and fab lot management systems
  • Knowledge of cycle-time control, priority-based execution, and WIP management
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing (HVM) or pilot line environments
  • Exposure to data analysis methods such as SPC and Pareto prioritization

Additional Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong coordination and cross-functional teamwork capability
  • Experience with Lot Logistic issue resolution
  • Flexibility to support multi-shift operations
