Your Impact

As Global Proc Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

Main Purpose: The Reporting Analyst will manage the collection, analysis, and publication of data & relevant documents for assigned categories.

Accountabilities:

  • Deliver agreed reports, including content, format, and frequency/schedule for routine reports, and including those required to support specific programs/initiatives.
  • Conduct data mining and extraction to generate requested information related to my BUY/POC. executed transactions.
  • Conduct ad hoc data mining extracts and produce reports and statistics as requested.
  • Deliver on Operational reports for Management purposes.
  • Prepares and delivers analyses and presentations for customers.
  • Ensure complete and correct local/global reports through monitoring of sources of information.
  • Lead workshops with users to find opportunities for improved/efficient reporting and align work plan.
  • Provide users training on published reports
  • Proactively review.
  • Report schedule for redundant and/or missing Reports.
  • Track and report SLA/KPI’s/Savings as per the agreed methodology.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience

  • +5 years of experience within analytics and reporting.
  • +2 years of experience in procurement.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerBI capabilities.
  • Versed in procurement processes.
  • Experience working with large data sets.
  • Fluent in English.
