About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Tech Lead – .NET to join our Data Strategy & Engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable software platforms, mentor engineering teams, and drive technology excellence across products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise software platforms using Microsoft technologies, .NET, and modern engineering practices.
  • Analyse complex business and technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
  • Drive product releases, deployment activities, environment setup, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing best practices, and engineering governance.
  • Mentor and guide software engineers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with architects, operations teams, and product leadership to manage dependencies and deliver business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

✅ 8–10 years of hands-on software development experience.

✅ Strong expertise in:

  • .NET development and modern software architecture. [
  • Angular 16+, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Agile development, CI/CD, and SDLC best practices. [

✅ Additional advantages:

  • Experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
  • Technology leadership and delivery of large-scale engineering projects.

Qualifications

  • BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MS, or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline.
