Full description

Provides leadership to all Foremen, Lead Persons and Installers, while developing a strong, successful image to our customers and in the community. Works with the Outside Sales Reps and Regional Estimator to develop equipment lists and scopes of work for projects. Maintains relationship with customer’s field teams to ensure successful execution of assigned projects, as well as developing relationships for future work. Supervises branch field operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including personnel development and inventory control as well as Code of Conduct adherence. This position is also a point of contact for customers, field personnel, and office to ensure a good flow of communication and to align field staff to customers’ expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with Foreman and Dispatchers to schedule daily tasks.
  • Works closely with EH&S to ensure all safety policies are being followed.
  • Establishes relationships with customers to ensure flow of communication and that expectations are being met.
  • Conducts daily reports to be sent to customer and office of field activities.
  • Evaluates projects for efficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Promotes a positive company image by promptly addressing customer complaints and maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly working environment, both at a customer’s site and within any assigned Rain for Rent facility.
  • Conducts pre-work plan meetings to gain alignment with direct reports.
  • Conducts performance reviews as well as issuing development plans, coaching plans, disciplinary actions, and conducts follow-up to develop a thoroughly trained and motivated staff.
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or EHS.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises employees as required or assigned by branch manager. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include supervising and training employees; planning, dispatching, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
