This role focuses on designing, managing, and optimizing modern cloud infrastructure environments across enterprise platforms.You will play a key role in supporting cloud migrations, improving automation, strengthening security, and ensuring reliable system performance.The position combines cloud administration, infrastructure engineering, DevOps practices, and AI-enabled operational improvements.You will work across Azure, AWS, automation frameworks, and enterprise systems to deliver scalable and secure solutions.The role offers the opportunity to influence infrastructure strategy while supporting both internal teams and customer environments.You will contribute to improving operational efficiency through automation, innovative tooling, and continuous technology improvement.

Accountabilities: As a Senior System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, supporting complex environments, and driving automation initiatives. You will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to maintain secure, reliable, and scalable systems while improving operational processes.
- Architect, deploy, configure, and support cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and other public cloud platforms.
- Lead cloud migration initiatives from on-premise environments to hosted cloud platforms while meeting project milestones.
- Implement and maintain security controls including identity management, network segmentation, compliance requirements, and secure integrations.
- Configure and support integrations with external platforms and services such as OAuth, Microsoft 365, GSuite, and third-party applications.
- Optimize cloud resource usage, performance, and cost efficiency across multiple environments.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or similar technologies.
- Create automation scripts using Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the development of CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Provide advanced technical support for hosted and on-premise environments, ensuring timely resolution within defined service levels.
- Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues across Linux, Windows, and database environments.
- Maintain documentation of technical issues, troubleshooting processes, configurations, and resolutions.
- Support cybersecurity incident response activities, including containment, remediation, system audits, backups, and patch management.
- Apply AI-assisted tools to improve infrastructure workflows, automation, troubleshooting, and knowledge management processes.
- Identify opportunities to responsibly integrate AI solutions while protecting privacy, confidential information, and intellectual property.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has strong experience in cloud infrastructure, systems administration, automation, and enterprise technology environments. You should be comfortable managing complex technical challenges while balancing security, reliability, and customer needs.
- 5+ years of experience in a System Administrator, Cloud Administrator, or Infrastructure Engineering role.
- Strong experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including architecture, deployment, and operational support.
- Experience managing database platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and/or Oracle.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, infrastructure security, and cloud connectivity.
- Working experience with Linux and Windows server operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Strong scripting abilities using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.
- Experience with automation, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipeline concepts.
- Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is preferred.
- Experience designing or supporting multi-tenant or multi-customer cloud environments is an advantage.
- Understanding of AI-assisted development tools, LLM capabilities, and responsible AI usage practices.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands, troubleshoot independently, and drive issues through resolution.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and customers.
- Cloud certifications from major providers such as Azure or AWS are preferred.
- Experience working in customer-facing technical support environments with SLA accountability is a plus.
