Full description

Within our Digital Supply Chain department, the Supply & Material Planning team is at the heart of our operations' performance. We are initiating a major transformation project for our processes and tools, with the migration of our order management system, from production countries, prod.com, to our new S/4HANA platform, as part of the Iprod project.

This project is strategic: it aims to modernize our master data management, to make our information flows more reliable, and to simplify the daily lives of our production teams.

To successfully lead this crucial transition, we are looking for a Product Manager who will drive the vision and deployment of the "Supply Chain Master Data" component.

You will be the pillar ensuring that our new solutions perfectly meet Supply Chain requirements, ensuring a smooth transition from our existing tool and building the data foundations for our future operations.

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

  • Drive the product vision: You will be responsible for the "Referencing" product strategy at all stages, from managing the end-of-life of prod.com to the design and deployment of the new solution on S/4HANA.
  • Be the project intrapreneur: Based on user needs and data, you will define and prioritize a backlog of high business impact features, ensuring incremental value delivery.
  • Ensure the complete lifecycle: You will lead your product from the Discovery phase (workshops with key users, business referents, process analysis) to Design (in collaboration with technical teams), through to Delivery and Adoption by end users.
  • Bridge the gap between business and tech: You will translate Supply Chain challenges into clear functional requirements for the development teams. You will frame / express functional needs in coherence with other connected products (SAP FMS, SAP APO...) and with user needs (PSS: Production Supply Specialist; The Supplier). You will test and functionally validate the solution.
  • Ensure migration success: You will concretely contribute to our Supply Chain's performance by guaranteeing the integrity, quality, and consistency of product data in the new SAP ecosystem as part of the Iprod project.
  • Participate and contribute to the deployment of the subcontracting and mastertrading batches of the Iprod project.

YOUR PROFILE

  • The plus that makes the difference: Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and the SAP environment (ideally S/4HANA) is essential.
  • A strong appetite for teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, and a culture of sharing.
  • You have the ability to speak in public, to federate and lead a team by giving meaning to your actions in French (preferably, by not obligatory) or English (obligatory).
  • A solid successful experience in product management (Product Manager, Product Owner) or project management on information systems is a major asset.
  • User-centric, you are familiar with requirements gathering approaches, UX, and place your users at the heart of your focus.
  • Working in English does not scare you (spoken and written) in a multicultural context, as our projects have an international dimension.
  • Ability to project / prioritize topics.
  • Ability to align multiple stakeholders towards a clear and optimal solution.
  • Vision and culture AI: ability to leverage the potential of artificial intelligence technologies to generate business value.
  • Data-centric approach.

YOUR ENVIRONMENT

  • A multidisciplinary project team (IT architects, developers, business experts, change managers).
  • Agile, product, and data-driven methodologies for maximum impact.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

  • 2 days of teleworking per week.
  • Equipment provided in accordance with your missions and our commitments.
  • A local project team within a global network (international career possibility).
  • Skills development and support (diversity of projects, training, etc.).
  • Attractive compensation package (profit-sharing, bonus, etc.).
