Senior Product Analyst

Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:
- Partner with Product Managers and business leaders to define success measures, uncover meaningful insights, and influence strategic product investments that shape the future of our platform.
- Turn complex product, customer, operational, and financial data into compelling stories and recommendations that guide roadmap priorities and elevate decision-making at every level of the organization.
- Champion a data-driven product culture by coaching Product Managers and Product Owners on analytics best practices, hypothesis validation, customer behavior analysis, and outcome measurement.
- Own and evolve the Product organization’s Pendo platform, driving adoption, governance, and analytics maturity while enabling teams to maximize the value of product insights.
- Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities through proactive analysis, helping the organization anticipate challenges and uncover new areas of innovation.
- Design and deliver impactful self-service dashboards, reporting solutions, and data visualizations using modern analytics tools to empower teams with timely, actionable information.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

- Abilities: Exceptional analytical, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to independently solve complex business problems, translate data into executive-ready recommendations, define meaningful KPIs, identify trends and customer behaviors, and effectively influence stakeholders across global teams.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics, preferably within B2B SaaS, fintech, or healthtech environments. Proven expertise with SQL, product analytics platforms (Pendo, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Gainsight, or similar), data visualization and BI tools (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar), data warehouses such as Snowflake, and stakeholder collaboration across U.S. and India-based teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related analytical field.
