Job SummaryAretum is seeking a Business Operations Support Analyst to provide workforce planning, talent management, and organizational support to help maintain a highly skilled and mission-ready Threat Hunting workforce. This role supports the full employee lifecycle, including staffing, onboarding, training, workforce analytics, retention, and organizational planning.
Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities• Support workforce planning, recruitment, staffing, onboarding, retention, and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate hiring activities, including position descriptions, vacancy announcements, interview processes, candidate tracking, and staffing actions.
- Maintain workforce plans, billet inventories, organizational charts, and Table of Organization data while tracking vacancies and personnel actions.
- Coordinate training, certifications, professional development programs, and workforce readiness activities.
- Develop workforce reports, dashboards, and leadership briefings and analyze workforce trends to identify staffing gaps, skill needs, and talent management opportunities.
- BA/BS degree and 5 (+) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting federal workforce planning, human capital management, talent management, recruitment, or organizational development activities.
- Experience coordinating staffing actions, hiring processes, position data, personnel tracking, and workforce reporting.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to identify workforce trends, staffing gaps, and resource requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with branch leadership, hiring managers, Human Resources personnel, government stakeholders, and contractors.
- Knowledge of federal human capital policies, workforce management practices, employee development, and organizational planning.
Preferred
- Experience supporting a federal government or cybersecurity organization.
- Experience with workforce analytics, staffing dashboards, or organizational reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Table of Organization, billet management, succession planning, and workforce readiness activities.
- Salary Range: $90,000–$110,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including education, experience, qualifications, skills, and applicable contract requirements.
