Our client operates a dedicated independent divisional team, Broker Solutions, to further enhance the services, support, and marketing resources to grow the businesses of benefits brokers and consultants and enable professional employer organizations (PEOs) to bring more to the table for their clients - through the seamless delivery of Fortune 500-level health and financial wellness solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Benefits Data & Implementation Analyst is responsible for data migration and maintenance across multiple BenAdmin platforms. This includes working with our team and clients to facilitate a seamless transition and onboarding. The position is also responsible for ongoing data maintenance, reporting, and automation. This role requires communicating effectively with carriers, brokers, and clients.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide full project lifecycle data support for onboarding new clients and renewals following our internal process including gathering necessary information, task progress tracking, and timely delivery.
- Manage multiple migration cases simultaneously.
- Work seamlessly across multiple benefits systems.
- Gather and coalesce files from multiple carriers and vendors.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to create streamlined and positive client experience.
- Monitor, manage and resolve client service issues within our CRM.
- Research and respond to data issues and find resolutions.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits is required.
- Experience in employee benefits platforms – ex: bswift, Selerix, Employee Navigator, etc.
- Excellent Excel knowledge.
- Strong ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) skills, ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Compensation: $75k-$85k plus discretionary annual bonus (typically ranges 3-6%)
- Work location: Fully Remote, US.
