We're growing, and we're looking for a Mechanical and Plumbing Project Manager who's ready to take charge of multi-million-dollar projects, mentor a talented team, and drive results that matter. What You'll Do:
• Lead and manage multiple mechanical and plumbing construction projects, from kickoff to close-out.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Project Engineers.
• Review contracts, create budgets, develop schedules, and drive timely, on-budget delivery.
• Work with field teams to ensure quality, compliance, and safety.
• Build strong client relationships and represent CES in a business development capacity.
• Spearhead change orders, procurement, billing, and more - while always keeping the big picture in focus.
What You Bring:
• 5+ years in mechanical construction project management; 2.5+ in a supervisory role.
• Proven knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical piping.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A drive to mentor others and elevate team performance.
• Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• A valid Florida driver's license (and insurability).
