Working across marketing, digital, technology and data teams, you'll orchestrate complex streams of work that turn customer insights into meaningful campaigns while helping shape the platforms and data foundations that make them possible. This is a 12-month max-term contract role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne).
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, governance and delivery of a large cross-functional program spanning marketing, digital, technology and data teams.
- Manage budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned to strategic objectives.
- Own financial management across the program, including budget tracking, forecasting, cost control and reporting to ensure spend remains aligned to agreed outcomes and governance expectations.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams that support customer-facing campaigns, personalisation capabilities and underlying data platform enhancements.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, including executive leaders, to align priorities, manage expectations and drive decision-making.
- Facilitate collaboration between marketing, digital, technology and product teams to create seamless customer experiences across channels.
- Oversee delivery partners and internal teams, ensuring strong governance, transparency and accountability throughout the program lifecycle.
- Translate complex challenges into practical delivery plans, balancing customer outcomes, technical considerations and business priorities.
What You'll Bring
- Strong experience leading large, complex programs that combine technology, data and customer-facing outcomes.
- Knowledge of marketing technology platforms, with exposure to Adobe products and customer engagement tools highly regarded.
- Experience delivering personalisation, customer lifecycle or multi-channel campaign initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, delivery roadmaps and competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and planning capabilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build alignment.
- Experience working with retail, digital or customer-centric organisations will be highly valued.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to bring together diverse teams to deliver meaningful results for customers and the business.
