The project and your role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join a large-scale digital banking implementation project. The project includes mobile and web application development, internet banking, merchant solutions, digital wallet, backend integrations with enterprise banking systems, payment gateways, and implementation of enterprise-grade digital banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain mobile applications for Internet Banking, Merchant Solutions, and Digital Wallet on Android and iOS.
  • Integrate with backend REST APIs and handle JSON data flows.
  • Implement state management using Redux and/or BLoC within a Clean Architecture / MVVM structure.
  • Build native integrations via Platform Channels (MethodChannel/EventChannel).
  • Implement biometric authentication and secure storage for financial data.
  • Optimize app performance using Flutter DevTools.
  • Manage App Store / Google Play publishing.
  • Work onsite at the customer location when required.

Your skills

Essential Qualifications (Must-Haves):

  • 3+ years of commercial experience.
  • Experience working on production systems.
  • 3+ years commercial Flutter development.
  • Strong Dart (null safety, async/await, streams).
  • REST API integration and JSON.
  • Redux and/or BLoC.
  • Clean Architecture, MVVM/MVC, Repository pattern.
  • Flutter for Android and iOS.
  • Platform Channels (MethodChannel/EventChannel).
  • Performance optimization using Flutter DevTools.
  • App Store / Google Play publishing.
  • Dependency Injection (GetIt / Injectable).
  • Biometric authentication and secure storage.
  • English: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
  • Arabic: Professional working proficiency (spoken and written).

Desired Skills & Knowledge (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Banking / FinTech experience.
  • Flutter Web.
  • Fastlane / CI-CD.
  • Firebase (FCM, Crashlytics).
  • Deep Links / App Links.
  • Localization and RTL (Arabic).
