Benefits
Full description
We are looking for a Junior Product Manager – Custom Made to strengthen and evolve our Custom-Made digital experience across stores and e-commerce. In this role, you will work closely with Style Advisors, retail teams, and engineering to improve the end-to-end Custom-Made journey - from product configuration to order execution. You will translate deep customer and brand understanding into digital improvements that elevate both the in-store experience and operational excellence. This role is a strong fit for Style Advisors or Trainers ready to transition into Product Management. The ideal candidate has a strong affinity for Custom Made and the Suitsupply brand, understands tailoring and clienteling dynamics, and proactively leverages AI in their way of working.
What you will do
- Collaborate closely with Style Advisors and store ops teams to identify friction points and optimize workflows.
- Support discovery and new product initiatives, and define, track, and monitor product KPI with guidance.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure digital solutions reflect and elevate the Suitsupply brand and in-store experience.
- Translate retail and customer needs into clear user stories for engineers and AI agents, addressing UI/UX, configuration logic, and system integrations - you will be supported in learning how to structure this.
- Run sprint reviews, manage the backlog, work with engineering teams in Agile sprints, and navigate cross-team dependencies to release frequent, high-quality product improvements - you will learn how to work in this way as part of your onboarding.
- Use AI natively in your workflow (e.g., for ticket creation, structuring requirements, and analysis) to increase speed and clarity.
Who you are
- 2–4 years of experience in a regional role or digital projects, retail, or a strong affinity with digital tools and workflows.
- Self-starter mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach; comfortable collaborating and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Custom Made processes, tailoring, and the Suitsupply brand. Thinks from user perspective. Experience as a Style Advisor or in-store role is a strong pre.
- AI- and technically curious with a strong learning mindset — you won’t write code, but you are eager to understand how systems connect and feel comfortable working closely with engineers during refinements and sprint planning.
- No prior Product Management experience is required - we will support you in learning how to work with engineers, Agile processes, and product tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
What you will get
- Autonomy: We empower you to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and drive impact close to our stores and customers.
- Growth: You will develop within a high-performance digital product environment, increasing your business impact and decision scope over time.
- Corporate Social Responsibility: Our commitment to sustainability and ethical business is unwavering. We work exclusively with suppliers who uphold the highest standards, in alignment with the International Labour Organization.
- Style: Immerse yourself in a world of beautifully crafted, high-quality products, and enjoy a 40% discount on Suitsupply products.
- Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 - €71,000 annually, based on relevant skills and experience.
