Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our folding carton product portfolio. This role is responsible for driving product vision, shaping long-term strategy, and delivering customer-centric solutions that create measurable business impact. You will serve as a key leader, working cross-functionally to align teams, influence stakeholders, and guide products from concept through end of life.
Key Responsibilities/Complexities:
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead complex product initiatives from ideation through launch and full product lifecycle
- Translate market insights, customer needs, and data into actionable product requirements
- Determine value proposition/positioning of the product in the market and competitive differentiation.
- Partner with engineering, to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
- Collaborate with executive leadership to influence product strategy and prioritization
- Lead cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, operations, and customer success
- Drive go-to-market planning and execution in partnership with sales and marketing
- Establish KPIs and leverage data analytics to measure performance and inform decisions
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify new market opportunities
- Identify and report crucial trends and influence the industry by maintaining relationships with key customers and those they serve, industry associations and others that may influence the industry.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5–8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex products or platforms
- Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving measurable business outcomes
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect product initiatives to business impact
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority and effectively lead cross-functional teams
Work Environment:
The Product Manager works in an indoor office environment. May be exposed to some shop elements. Travel is expected for this position. Anticipated travel requirement is between 25 to 50% and may be more at times in order to complete certain critical required tasks.
