Job Description
We are seeking a talented and driven Salesforce Consultant to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of innovative Salesforce solutions. This role focuses on leveraging Salesforce and Omnistudio capabilities to deliver dynamic, user-centric applications, particularly within the Public Sector domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build dynamic, responsive user interfaces using declarative tools such as Omniscripts, Flexcards, Data Mappers, and Integration Procedures
- Configure and customize Salesforce core features to meet evolving business needs
- Design and implement Salesforce Flows and work with Public Sector Solutions
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and QA teams to ensure solution quality and performance
- Manage deployments using GitHub and follow Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Use Jira and Jira boards for sprint planning and task tracking
- Create and maintain technical documentation and deliver user training as needed
Experience
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Salesforce Omnistudio components
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flows and configuration
- Familiarity with Public Sector Solutions
- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs
- Agile/Scrum project experience using Jira
- Deployment and version control using GitHub
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Preferred/Bonus Skills:
- Development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Scripting knowledge in Python
- Experience with Talend for data integration
For this role, the gross annual starting base salary is 48.000€ (full-time). This covers base pay only; any bonuses, incentives, and benefits will be discussed later in the recruitment process. Candidates with additional experience or qualifications may receive a higher offer, determined by objective, gender-neutral criteria and consistent with our pay principles. If a collective labour agreement applies, we will explain the relevant pay terms at the interview stage. Note: We never ask for your current or previous salary during our hiring process.
