About the Role

In this role, you will support Product Lifecycle Management processes across one or more business units and/or process areas within SAP S/4HANA and PLM systems. You will help execute product changes, maintain data integrity, and support ongoing business operations.

In This Role, You Will

  • Review, prioritize, and execute incoming work to meet business timelines.
  • Support object sequencing, dependencies, and readiness for product changes and launches, including trials and waivers.
  • Own end-to-end execution of master data and product lifecycle processes, including creation, maintenance, and obsolescence of lifecycle data.
  • Maintain material master, recipes/BOMs, specifications, and location/resource data in MDG, SAP S/4HANA, and PLM.
  • Validate data in accordance with governance standards, business rules, and quality requirements.
  • Support controls and audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and policies.
  • Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and data standards.
  • Provide guidance and direction to analysts on task execution and priorities.
  • Support system enhancements and improvements through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Resolve moderately complex data and process issues, partnering with COE SMEs on escalations and complex scenarios.
  • Analyze process, data, and speed issues and provide continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain, Planning, or Data Analytics.
  • Experience working with SAP-based systems and large-scale data environments.
  • Experience supporting product lifecycle data, material master data, specifications, recipes, BOMs, or related data objects.
  • Experience supporting testing, training, or system implementations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly resolve issues.
  • Ability to prioritize work, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • B2/C1 English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Data Governance principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of product, material, SKU, recipe, and BOM lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with MDG, SAP S/4HANA, and PLM systems.
  • Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, manufacturing, and logistics.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement or Lean methodologies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Advanced SAP user experience across S/4HANA, ECC/R3, or PLM.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Winshuttle, Macros, or SAP scripting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting controls, audits, SOPs, and data standards.
