Teylor is a fast-growing European FinTech transforming access to financing for small and medium-sized businesses. Our digital lending, factoring, and software solutions help businesses access capital faster and more efficiently while shaping the future of SME financing across Europe.As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a BI Data Analyst & Data Manager (m/f/d) to join our Shared Service Center in Poznań, Poland. In this role, you will act as the key link between our new data platform (Snowflake & Sigma), our technology teams, and our international business units, helping to build a truly data-driven organization.

  • Act as the primary business interface for our new Snowflake and Sigma data platform, working closely with the Tech Team throughout the implementation and beyond.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our data structures, schemas, and data lineage while helping design scalable reporting models.
  • Ensure high standards of data governance, quality, integrity, and compliance across our BI landscape.
  • Document data definitions, business logic, and reporting structures to bridge legacy systems and the new platform.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders across multiple markets (including Poland, Switzerland, Germany, the UK, Italy, Ireland, and Portugal) to identify reporting requirements and business insights.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models using Sigma and other BI tools.
  • Perform in-depth ad hoc analyses and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making.
  • Empower business teams by providing training and enabling self-service reporting through Sigma.
  • Promote best practices in data analysis, reporting, and visualization across the organization.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Data Management.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting, and technical data structures.
  • Experience with data governance and data quality management.
  • Experience with Snowflake or comparable modern cloud data platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with Sigma or similar BI and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of the Finance or FinTech industry is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across international and cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience working with distributed or international teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
