Reports to: Sr. Director of Product Management

Location: US/Remote

Position Summary 

At OnBoard, Product Managers partner with customers and cross-functional teams to discover, define, and deliver products that help boards and leadership teams make better decisions. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, AI, and Go-to-Market teams to identify and solve meaningful customer problems, deliver exceptional experiences, and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape and execute product strategy by contributing customer insights, market research, and data to product planning while executing against the product roadmap.
  • Lead customer discovery through interviews, research, and feedback to validate problems and opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Define product requirements by translating customer needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
  • Use data to drive decisions by analyzing product usage, customer feedback, and market trends to measure success and inform priorities.
  • Deliver products end-to-end, from discovery and planning through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Support successful launches by partnering with Product Marketing and Go-to-Market teams on release readiness and customer adoption.
  • Champion the customer by representing customer needs and advocating for simple, intuitive, and valuable product experiences.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of product management experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience leading products through discovery, delivery, and iteration using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong customer research and product discovery skills.
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and make thoughtful tradeoffs.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience with enterprise B2B SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled products or emerging AI technologies.
  • Experience with product analytics and customer feedback platforms.
