As a Junior Data Engineer & MarTech Specialist, you will work at the intersection of data infrastructure and marketing technology. You will support the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of clients' mobile app marketing and tracking systems, helping ensure data quality across data pipelines, Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs like Adjust and AppsFlyer), and campaign analytics platforms.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Support the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust and AppsFlyer, helping ensure accurate tracking and attribution functionality.  
  • Help maintain and structure clients' product feeds, campaign datasets, and automated data pipelines, ensuring high data quality and reliability.  
  • Assist in identifying and troubleshooting basic tracking, event collection, or data integration issues across mobile app campaigns.  
  • Support the connection of marketing tools, ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), and data sources to improve campaign visibility and reporting workflows.  
  • Contribute to dashboard creation and visualization updates in tools such as Clarisights, Adverity, and Google Sheets to support data-driven decision-making.  
  • Collaborate with senior team members, consultants, and client developers to understand technical requirements and support implementation tasks.

Dein Profil

  • Background: Background in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related discipline, with an interest in marketing data, tracking systems, and campaign attribution.
  •  Product Feeds: Basic understanding of product feed structures; experience with tools like ProductsUp is a plus.
  •  Mobile Measurement Partners: Introductory knowledge of MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer); willingness to learn troubleshooting and tracking fundamentals. 
  • Advertising Platforms: Familiarity with platforms such as Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, or TikTok (hands-on experience is a plus).
  • Data & Reporting: experience working with Excel or Google Sheets; understanding of simple data handling and reporting. 
  • Automation & AI Tools: Interest in tools such as ChatGPT, Make.com, or Google Sheets automation; no advanced experience required. 
  • Analytical Mindset: Curious and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn how data supports marketing decisions. 
  • Communication & Collaboration: Able to communicate clearly, ask questions, and work effectively within a team. 
  • Working Style: Structured, proactive, and eager to develop technical and analytical skills. 
  • Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus but not required.
