- Operating system maintenance — Performs system backups, recovery operations, file maintenance, and ensures overall system uptime and performance.
- Software installation & upgrades — Acquires, installs, schedules, and tests system software upgrades and patches.
- Troubleshooting & issue resolution — Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, and connectivity problems across assigned systems.
- Active Directory & identity management — Administers Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and related identity services.
- Virtualization support — Participates in design, implementation, and improvement of virtualization environments for Nutanix and Purestorage
- Cloud systems support —Manage all IT support for Facility EMR
- Security compliance — Ensures systems comply with security policies, applies patches, and supports cyber‑defensive technologies.
- Server Administration that includes configuration, management, and maintenance of:• Windows Environment
