This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Intelligence Architect based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to shape data-driven decision-making by building advanced business intelligence solutions, automation frameworks, and AI-powered operational improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable reporting systems, optimize business processes, and deliver actionable insights that enhance customer support operations. Combining analytics, automation, and process improvement, you will play a key role in increasing operational efficiency and enabling smarter business decisions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology while working in a collaborative, remote-first environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, MIS frameworks, and operational KPI reporting to provide accurate, actionable business insights.
  • Build and manage automated reporting pipelines, ensuring data quality, consistency, and timely reporting across multiple business systems.
  • Analyze operational data, validate reporting accuracy, and generate insights that support customer support and service operations.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI, Python, or low-code technologies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Support AI-driven initiatives, including workflow automation, intelligent routing, and process optimization across customer experience operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver scalable analytics and automation capabilities.
  • Document workflows, standard operating procedures, and process improvements while maintaining structured knowledge repositories.
  • Present analytical findings, automation outcomes, and performance metrics to leadership, supporting informed business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Automation, Operations MIS, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, advanced Microsoft Excel, data modeling, and business reporting.
  • Experience working with Salesforce reporting and operational data management.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation using Python, low-code platforms, or similar automation technologies is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, cloud-based data platforms, Databricks, SQL, RPA tools, Jira, Wrike, or comparable workflow management solutions is an advantage.
  • Exposure to AI-powered automation, prompt engineering, or large language model (LLM) tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to data governance and reporting accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently while delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
