Responsibilities

  • The Contractor shall provide comprehensive event coordination, facility management, and technical support services for NASIC enterprise facility spaces. This includes end-to-end event lifecycle management, ranging from initial booking and security clearances to day-of execution and audio/visual (A/V) support
  • The Contractor shall coordinate with the Information Systems Squadron (ISS) A/V team (and designated leads) to ensure conference room IT, Video Teleconference (VTC), microphones, and presentation equipment are properly configured and operational. The Contractor shall navigate and operate the AVRT IT setup and provide on-site PC operation/monitoring during scheduled events.
  • The Contractor shall interface with NASIC facilities personnel to coordinate room configurations, furniture layouts, post event cleanup, and the return/accountability of all utilized equipment.
  • The Contractor shall provide "day-of" event execution support, to include coordinating protocol/hospitality logistics, managing administrative tasks, and overseeing attendee movement within the facility.
  • The Contractor shall assist the NASIC Security Office to help facilitate visitor access, verify security clearances, and ensure timely processing of base and facility access credentials for large event attendees.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in event coordination, facility operations, conference services, executive support, or a related field, including responsibility for planning and executing high-visibility meetings, conferences, ceremonies, and organizational events.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating directly with senior military leaders, senior Government officials, distinguished visitors, and executive-level personnel, with the professionalism, discretion, and communication skills required to support high-profile events in secure environments.
  • Experience managing end-to-end event logistics and technical coordination, including facility scheduling and configuration, attendee movement, visitor access and security requirements, protocol/hospitality support, and operation or coordination of A/V, VTC, presentation, and conference-room technologies.
