What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Data Analyst – Vendor Success within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business on the Data & Analytics team and is located in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will assist with vendor master data management, including data gathering, analysis, and presentation to internal stakeholders. You’ll also support our matching and card retention initiatives. This is a critical role that impacts both revenue and sales and requires someone who thrives as an individual contributor, possesses strong relationship-building skills, and has a continuous improvement mindset. You will report directly to the Vendor Success Manager and regularly collaborate with Operations, Implementation, and Engineering teams.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Managing and maintaining master vendor data
  • Matching and merging vendor records
  • Monitoring key vendor data updates and producing periodic reports
  • Supporting card retention initiatives
  • Collaborating on special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned\

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Haves

  • 0-3 years of experience with vendor data analysis
  • Experience in payment processing or vendor enrollment interactions
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to identify patterns and translate operational needs into technical requirements

Preferred

  • Exposure to SQL, Power Automate, or other data tools
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders
  • Comfort analyzing data and presenting findings to drive business decisions
  • Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
