Quality and Reliability (QnR) is a leading Technology Group, with more than 30 years of presence in the market, delivering mission-critical digital transformation across Greece, Europe, and the broader EMEA region. QnR is an Athens Stock Exchange-listed technology Group currently undergoing a period of significant growth and transformation, having completed five acquisitions within the last 18 months.

Role overviewWe are looking for a Senior iOS Developer to take ownership of the full development lifecycle of iOS applications, from architecture and design to implementation, testing and deployment. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers and QA.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing and maintaining iOS applications.
  • Collaborating with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality features.
  • Designing scalable, maintainable architectures and mentoring other developers.
  • Writing unit and UI tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Optimizing application performance, memory usage, battery consumption, and overall responsiveness.
  • Staying up to date with the latest iOS releases, frameworks and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 4 years of experience in iOS development.
  • Solid experience with SwiftUI and / or UIKit, Combine and modern concurrency (async/await).
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs with iOS applications.
  • Deep understanding of iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Foundation, and URLSession.
  • Hands-on experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar).
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (XCTest, XCUITest) and a test-driven mindset.
  • Solid understanding of the App Store submission process, code signing and release workflows.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
