Business Analyst - IAM

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced IAM Business Analyst who possesses a deep understanding of technical protocols for interoperability. his BA will have a strong focus driving requirements that ensure security, compliance and streamlined user access.

IAM Business Analyst to support enterprise-scale security initiatives within a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. The role offers the chance to drive secure access and identity management solutions, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and influence IAM strategy, integrations, and process improvements using modern technologies including Okta, SAML, OAuth, OIDC.

• Eliciting IAM needs from stakeholders to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and business objectives.

• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement IAM solutions that meet business needs and security standards.

• Participate in architectural discussions and design reviews to promote best practices.

• Understand how IAM solutions integrate with various systems and APIs using standards like SAML, OAUTH, and SCIM.

• Create and maintain essential documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, and visual aids.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Good understanding of COBIT standards.
