Full description

Imagine a traveler browsing a hotel page on Zenhotels or a travel agent evaluating options on RateHawk. They see room names, photos, amenities, policies, and reviews, all combined from dozens of suppliers, each with different formats, inconsistencies, and levels of completeness.

Behind this experience lies a complex content pipeline: fragmented supplier data must be matched, standardized, enriched, and ranked to create a coherent and trustworthy representation of a hotel and its rooms.

The Senior Product Manager for Content owns this layer of transformation, ensuring that raw supplier data becomes structured, high-quality, and decision-ready content that improves conversion, reduces user friction, and enables scalable global growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Product Management for Content Value Stream:

  • Define and own the Content team's strategy, vision, and roadmap across all ETG products to deliver measurable business impact and user value.
  • Own the end-to-end content processing pipeline: Supplier data → Matching → Enrichment → Rates processing → User experience.
  • Drive stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams, aligning priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring consistent execution against shared goals.

Product Discovery & Impact Ownership:

  • Own a continuous pipeline of product opportunities, driving measurable revenue growth, based on funnel data, content gaps, and user friction.
  • Leverage quantitative data and user research (interviews, usability tests, behavioral analysis) to identify root causes and high-impact problems.
  • Size and prioritize opportunities, focusing on high-leverage bets.

Delivery & Development Management:

  • Partner with Development and ML/DS Team Lead to prioritize roadmap and manage backlog.
  • Co-own delivery execution: define clear scope and acceptance criteria, ensure alignment across product, engineering, ML, and analytics.
  • Drive predictable delivery: commit to timelines, proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
  • Remove blockers and align cross-team dependencies to maintain delivery velocity.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage Product Manager and Operations Manager, ensuring strong ownership, execution quality, and alignment with business goals.
  • Set clear goals and success metrics (FNBC, content quality, coverage, efficiency) and hold the team accountable for results.
  • Drive performance management: regular feedback, performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and developing team members’ skills and career growth.
  • 5+ years in Product Management (preferably travel, marketplace, or content-heavy products).
  • Experience with data pipelines, content systems, or ML-driven products.
  • Strong analytical skills (SQL, AB tests, metric design).
  • Experience working with structured/unstructured data and large-scale systems.
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely.
  • Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together.
  • Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities.
  • Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences.
  • Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world.
  • Corporate prices on hotels and travel services.
  • MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation.
