Mission Statement:

Managing quality assurance across the value chain; on site and in the overseas factories during manufacturing, specially from the viewpoint of manufacturing and installation process, beside actual products. Support qualification of oversea factories. Implementation of quality control procedures across the value chain.

Main Accountabilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for in-process quality control during factory manufacturing process and installation process at site, with good communication with manufacturing and quality control team in factory, related organization of Hitachi Ltd.
  • Manage quality aspects during manufacturing and installation process of project by checking documents, products, joining design reviews, so on to meet requested quality level of Japanese projects

Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

  • Educational Background: at minimum, bachelor’s degree of engineering or science, or equivalent, or equivalent
  • Required years of experience: minimum 10 years of experiences in power transformer quality control
  • Time management, presentation and planning skills
  • Ability to learn and work in new environment
  • Use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Strong in collaborative and communication skills
  • Language: Strong Japanese and advanced English communication
