Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Scientist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, regression modeling, statistics, and working with structured/tabular data.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate classical machine learning and regression models.
- Perform data analysis and identify patterns and insights from structured/tabular datasets.
- Apply statistical concepts including probability, distributions, hypothesis testing, and correlation analysis.
- Build and analyze models using Python, scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy.
- Communicate model results and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
- Strong expertise in classical machine learning and regression modeling.
- Strong understanding of statistics.
- Proficiency in Python with scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy.
- Experience working with structured/tabular data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
